Personal situation

She was born in Vršac in 1869 in a craftsman's family. Her father was a blacksmith. In her hometown, she finished the Serbian National Primary School, then finshed the town civic school. She graduated from the Serbian Teachers' School in Sombor. She worked as a teacher in Čakovo and Turkish Bečej. She was married to Mladen Nerandžić, who was a bookkeeper by profession. She had no descendants.

Professional situation

She wrote poems for children which were published in Golub (The Pigeon) and Spomenik (The Monument) magazines. Her poems for children were published in a separate book. She also published a children story Smilje i Kovilje. Those poems of hers that are distinguished by religiousness were published in the magazine Ženski svet (Women's World). In 1912, she published a children's booklet Seja iz Bečeja: dobroj deci (Little Sister from Bečej: to Good Children), poems and stories for children, as well as a children's theater play. The book came out in Turkish Bečej in the bookstore of Giga Jovanović. She also engaged in spiritism and published a book on that subject  - Tajne zagrobnog života (Mysteries of the Afterlife).
